Penelope is a Makeup artist and hairstylist based in London. Her passion for makeup began at Central Saint Martin’s college where she studied Performance Design. She later went on to gain her certificate in Fashion Makeup at the prestigious Delamar Academy. Penelope also gained her knowledge of Bridal makeup at renowned Kristina Gasperas Academy. Her work has been published on several magazines including Belle Magazine and Horizont. She is friendly, professional and loves making women look their best.
